Quality assurance at INDURA

Since our foundation in 1988, INDURA has conducted incoming goods inspections. Today, all goods are quality tested according to an ISO9001:2015 certified test programme.

To ensure correct and reliable deliveries, all key processes follow an established model in which we continuously focus on products, customers and logistics.

Any deviation is documented. A structured follow-up and dialogue with our customers are a crucial part of maintaining consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.

Each year we ask you as a customer where we can further improve our service. Suggestions are reviewed and subsequently included in the ISO9001:2015 certification as updated work routines.
